Film Submissions
All film submission fees are non-refundable.
Submission fees are used to cover administrative, review, and programming costs. Once a submission has been processed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Selection or non-selection outcomes
Merchandise Sales
All merchandise sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise due to sizing, preference, or change of mind.
However, if you receive an item that is:

Defective

Damaged during shipping

Incorrect from what was ordered

Shipping Costs

Cancellations

Film submissions cannot be canceled once submitted.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. We encourage customers to reach out directly so we can address concerns where possible.
