This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the C-47 Entertainment website, including merchandise and film submissions.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Film Submissions

All film submission fees are non-refundable.

Submission fees are used to cover administrative, review, and programming costs. Once a submission has been processed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Withdrawal of a submission

• Ineligibility

• Scheduling or programming decisions

• Selection or non-selection outcomes

Merchandise Sales

All merchandise sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise due to sizing, preference, or change of mind.

However, if you receive an item that is:

• Defective

• Damaged during shipping

• Incorrect from what was ordered

Please contact us within [7] days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution where appropriate.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue is the result of an error on our part.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Film submissions cannot be canceled once submitted.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. We encourage customers to reach out directly so we can address concerns where possible.
